Lorwyn Limited - "Tech Thread"
Well, best to get this made before all the hot tech comes out. I'll be going to the Prerelease and playing in at least one flight, I'll pass one what I learn to you guys. Tech thread!
(Yes, that means I also welcome any and all drafts stories or anecdotes from you all. True, the PR isn't for 5 days, but some of us are just very excited.) According to Mark Rosewaters' article today, (no need to read it, mostly fluff and a card), Treefolk and Faeries both look very strong. Kithkin and Merfolk seem to be decent contenders, but you'd think Giants would be showing up a little. Hell, if Giants don't see play in Limited, we might have a bad tribe here. Alas!

you can bet your ass the changeling black spell that gives +3-3 will be seeing a lot of play cause its not going to be hard to grab an uncommon to tutor for it
and for the tribes, i think its going to go back to ravinica where people ran a couple overlapping guilds, and with changelings in there it will be very easy to have at least a couple creatures of different types represented

unfortunately i cannot get any information until the second due to magic online being crappy and not getting the new sets on time.
i forsee changelings being big, how target 'NON elf' or how target 'treefolk' will make it difficult to choose removal
